🐸 The Eat Your Frog Story 🐸

Martin, a solo business owner, loved the freedom of calling his own shots — but that freedom also meant dodging the tasks he didn’t want to do. They sat at the top of his to-do lists, ignored until the last minute, leaving him frantically filling forms or prepping for events he’d known about for months.

Working from home with only his dog Hugo for company, he realised he wasn’t alone at all — he was surrounded by frogs he’d never eaten.

So he asked his mate “Yoda” Lee to join him for morning accountability sessions. From the very first one, it worked — frogs got eaten, and the rest of the day became more productive.

Never ones to keep tips to themselves, Martin and Lee shared the idea on LinkedIn.

People loved it, asked to join, and soon Eat Your Frog grew into a small but perfectly formed community.

Because eating frogs is easier — and a lot more fun — when we do it together.
