The Single Moms Homeownership Initiative-Cohort is a supportive community created to help single moms prepare for homeownership with education, accountability, resources, and encouragement. Inside, we talk credit, budgeting, lending, down payment assistance, financial trauma, mindset, healing after heartbreak, co-parenting/parallel parenting and the real steps it takes to buy a home & lead a household as a solo parent. This is a safe space for women leading their households to build stability, security, and generational wealth.
