I'm Coach Bill Shea and I have been coaching HS basketball for 40 years..30 as Boys Varsity Coach @ Bishop Connolly High School.In that time I have personally mentored hundreds of young athletes .
I have seen freshmen with average athletic ability turn themselves into ALL-STAR performers.I have seen athletically gifted freshmen underachieve or even quit.
THE DIFFERENCE WAS ALWAYS ATTITUDE & APPROACH!
A proper ATTITUDE & APPROACH was THE key to my success as a player. As a HS freshman I averaged 2pts per game. I graduated HS with all the school's scoring records,most pts in a game,most pts in a season,most career pts,and earned a college scholarship.
