Welcome to our free Skool community for mums.

This group has been created mainly for mums who have visited The Perrymount Clinic for treatment with their baby, but everyone is welcome — so please feel free to invite your friends too.

Inside, you’ll find a Community section where you can ask questions, share experiences and connect with other mums. There is also a Classroom area with selected free downloads, including helpful tips on mother’s diet, simple food plans and practical advice to support your baby.

You’ll also find a couple of quick quizzes to help you understand your baby’s needs a little better.

We’ll be sharing local mum meet-up events here, and there is a new podcast coming soon too. Over time, I’ll also be inviting more local baby health professionals into the group to offer extra support.
