Built for the Moment

I grew up moving frequently, which required early adaptability and the ability to engage effectively in new environments. These experiences shaped a steady, observant approach to people, systems, and problem-solving.

As a burn survivor, I developed an early understanding of resilience, which later led me to serve as a camp counselor supporting individuals facing physical and emotional challenges. This work reinforced empathy, accountability, and presence.

For over 12 years, I worked in death care as a removal technician, completing more than 10,000 removals in coordination with hospitals, hospice providers, law enforcement, and families. The role required discretion, composure, and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

I approach challenges through early concept exploration followed by structured evaluation, focusing on feasibility, constraints, and practical application. This balance of creative thinking and disciplined execution informs my approach to learning and invention.
