I’ve lost 100lbs—I know the physical, mental, and emotional struggle and the cost of living that lifestyle. I lived in a calorie surplus and financial debt. “Free” advice online COST me muscle, time, and self-trust every time I fell for another fad or quick fix. We don’t want that for you. We want to save you time, energy and most of all -MUSCLE.

Teach a woman to fish instead of give a woman a fish kinda thing. Or like… teach you how to out lipstick on instead of applying it for you? But I don’t even wear lipstick and now I’m rambling.
