The reason you haven't reached your fitness goals isn't because you don't know what to do.

We all know what we need to do:

exercise

eat healthy

eat reasonable portion sizes

be more active throughout the day

get enough sleep

reduce stress

We know all of this but still don't do it.

If you haven't reached your goals, it's probably because you're going at it alone.

It's a lot easier to go off track, go easy on yourself, and even give up when there's no one around that knows your goals.

This is a community where we go through this journey together.
