My name is Baron Jay and I am living proof that you can get into the film industry.

When I started I had absolutely NO EXPERIENCE in the film industry.

Who you know plays a big role in this industry but most of us don't have the right connections to help advance our career.

So I started the Artist Advantage with one thing in mind. To connect other talented artist and give them a better chance at partnering or producing their own independent films to share with the world.

Starting from scratch with no connections to now being on multiple TV shows and having produced House Out of Order Sitcom, Mi Casa Sitcom, The Condo and Deadly Reunion.
