Andrea is an author and artist who has overcome trauma, mental health struggles and drug addiction through her creative expression in writing and visual art. She has used her lived experience and university qualifications to encourage and support others in their healing and recovery journey by using the visual arts.

By creating the "Art From the Heart ❤️" community, Andrea aims to establish a safe space for those who desire creative expression and healing through entertaining and achievable art exercises.
