My approach is grounded in aligning systems to the strengths of the players, rather than forcing players into rigid frameworks. I prioritise clarity, consistency, and repeatability so teams understand what they are doing and why.
I also place a strong emphasis on setting standards and accountability across staff and players, ensuring everyone is aligned to a shared purpose.
Whether it is set piece, open play, or overall programme design, the goal is to create a platform where players can perform with confidence and teams can sustain performance across a season.
