I am a university professor, strategist, and mentor who bridges purpose and performance. I've helped professional and students find clarity, discover business interests, align skills with new opportunities, and build meaningful second acts due to preference or layoffs.
I've "started over" in my career at least four times. It takes confidence, planning, and courage. I completed a PhD in my 40s and left a position I loved for a better opportunity at 49. I know what it means to pivot, and it's never too late if you move deliberately and with purpose.
My background includes teaching, small business training, banking, entrepreneurship, and leading a business incubator. My skills blend business and financial strategy. I can help you structure your next chapter.
