I was the fat kid, bullied, humiliated, and alone. Anxiety consumed me. By 21, my body lived in constant fight-or-flight; panic, insomnia, and fear controlled every moment. Substances became coping. Doctors and medications didn’t help. I survived surgery, accidents, overdose, and suicidal thoughts — things that should’ve broken me. Today, I’m strong, grounded, and thriving.
I created this community to help people retrain their nervous systems, rebuild safety, and outgrow anxiety. Here, you’ll learn body-first strategies, nervous system regulation, and real support. You are not weak, broken, or alone. Recovery isn’t perfection — it’s reclaiming life, one safe, supported step at a time.
