Already be able to do 5 pushups with good form
Have no active wrist injuries (if you do, I can help, but not in this challenge)
Be willing to commit 5-10mins for 3-5 days a week for the next 30 days (start date is March 16th)
15-person limit (private skool group)
We all work on the same 1-drill at the same time in 5-day cycles
