That's the whole story, honestly. Ten years ago I lost over 100 pounds. Then came career, marriage, kids, and every pound came back.
Today I'm at 315, and instead of doing this quietly, I want to invite people to join this journey.
This community isn't about following someone who figured it out. I haven't. I'm right here, in it, same as you, but I just decided to bring people along on the journey to help each other.
I'll share everything. Good weeks and hard ones. No coaching, no pretending, no performing wellness for an audience.
