This community was created for pet parents who want to better understand their dog, not control them.

I’m a certified, award-winning dog trainer with over 15 years of experience working with dogs of all temperaments, especially anxious, sensitive, shutdown, and reactive dogs. I’ve also spent years training service dogs and supporting veterans with PTSD and TBI, which deeply shaped my belief that behavior is rooted in the nervous system and emotional safety.

This space is about slowing down, asking better questions, and learning how to lead with clarity, compassion, and trust. There’s no pressure to be perfect here. Dogs and humans are both allowed to be learning.
