Our Community is for Women who are actively working to heal emotionally and take responsibility for their growth and development. Showing up authentically, ready to share and encourage.

I believe that before we can effectively accept and love others, we need to love and accept ourselves. All the answers we need are within. We are the heroes of our own stories.... We are ''the one'' we have been looking for. The power of choice is in our hands. I would like us to explore different modalities and tools. Books and podcasts, journaling tips & prompts, and eventually share some short courses too. I would like us to share what is on our hearts, to respond and comment on existing posts, and cheer each other on. I am excited to see what emerges as we grow together.
