I'm Jonathan Page, a South African paramedic and life coach who has called Qatar home for 12 years. I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself living abroad. I've navigated loneliness, depression, and the quiet struggle of giving to others while forgetting your own need to belong.

The WHO reminds us that social connection is vital to our health. Loneliness affects our hearts and bodies, while genuine community helps us heal and grow.
