About Doug: I’m a trauma informed certified life coach who has been teaching and practicing trauma informed modalities for a decade, I’ve really learned what people‘s pain points are, where they struggle with resentment and rumination, trauma wounds, and limiting beliefs. I teach you somatic tools and modalities to up-level your energy, uproot your trauma and regulate your nervous system—so you can live freely in your body. This is a place where we can hangout and heal in a way that feels good!
