This is a safe, supportive space for parents of teens with bipolar disorder who feel isolated, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.

Inside, you’ll find some free practical tools and gentle guidance to help you stay grounded, nurture your mental health, and feel more in control of each day. You will also find the "From Survival to Steady" workshop. A 4 day nervous system reset currently at $27 USD.

Here you'll learn simple grounding techniques, daily rituals for calm, and ways to reconnect with yourself beyond “carer.” Access to the reset is in the Classroom.

Here, you’ll go from feeling overwhelmed and alone → to feeling supported, calm, and connected.

This is your space to breathe, rebuild, and find community with others who truly get it.
