Years ago, my life looked perfect on the outside, but I was falling apart inside. I was running two bakeries, raising two young children, supporting my husband, caring for elderly parents, and leading large teams. I was smiling publicly and crying privately.

That moment became the beginning. Step by step, I found simple daily practices that changed my inner world and, because of that, my whole life. They are still my way back whenever I feel lost.
