Recon Playbook was built from real experience.

In 2016, I started as a licensed contractor focused on new builds and remodels. Then I was thrown into insurance work—claims, deductibles, supplements, adjusters, scopes, and systems I didn’t understand. It nearly cost me my business.

Ten years later, I’ve learned reconstruction from every angle and built stable, scalable and profitable operations inside the insurance restoration space.

Recon Playbook exists to shorten that learning curve for others.
