Metamorph Physique is built by two brothers who have lived the transformation themselves.

We’ve been overweight, frustrated, and stuck in cycles of inconsistency. We’ve also rebuilt our bodies, discipline, and lives from the ground up.

George began at rock bottom, over 150kg, drinking heavily, and disconnected from who he knew he could be. By building discipline and better habits, he lost the weight, stepping into a new identity.

Nick’s journey took a different path. After being overweight and reaching 100kg, he lost the weight but became stuck skinny-fat. That frustration forced him to rebuild his training, nutrition, and mindset, eventually stepping on stage as a natural bodybuilder and learning how sustainable change actually works.

Metamorph Physique isn’t just training or nutrition. It’s about rebuilding how you operate day to day, creating structure, and becoming someone who follows through.
