Kaizen Men's Group

Kaizen Men’s Group is a non‑denominational, non‑political community for men who want to grow with honesty, presence, and steady, mindful steps. This is a space to exist, learn, share, and reconnect with yourself, without judgment or performance.

This group began with Cassidy’s vulnerable Facebook post inviting men into deeper connection. His honesty sparked something real. A few of us came together, each with our own stories and struggles, and began shaping what would become Kaizen Men’s Group.

We created this Skool community to extend the circle beyond Salt Lake City, offering both local gatherings and an online space where men everywhere can participate in their own way.

We blend Kaizen (small, steady growth), Wu‑Wei (presence and allowing), mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, energy‑based practices, to provide tools to support you on your journey.

This is a place to breathe, a place to reconnect, a place to remember you’re not alone. Welcome to our circle!
