Quyanaa Heritage is a nature-based learning community exploring the patterns of nature, human development, women’s health, and the living intelligence of the body.
Together we learn about:
• Puberty, menstrual cycles, and maturation• Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and family life• Human development from infancy through elderhood• Nervous system awareness and embodiment• Seasonal living and circadian rhythms• Indigenous ecological knowledge and cultural teachings• Belonging, identity, and community• Self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth
Drawing from nature observation, Indigenous perspectives, and classical wisdom traditions, this community offers practical education, meaningful conversation, and lifelong learning for women, families, educators, and those seeking a deeper relationship with themselves, their culture, and the natural world.
