Twice a week, we get on a call.
You say what you’re going to do.
You mute. You do it.
You come back and say what actually got done.
Calls are currently:

Live calls. No replay. You’re either in the room or you’re not.
No hiding in “learning mode.”
No pretending you’re “just researching” when you’re avoiding.
Messy action counts.
Half done counts.
Showing up counts.
