Ayurveda is approached here as a system of awareness and understanding. The focus is on recognizing patterns, relationships, and rhythms in the body and mind, and learning how to work with them in a more precise way.
From time to time, you will find in-depth lectures and focused topics — not as courses to complete, but as material you can return to and revisit as your understanding develops.
Once a month, we also meet for a live Q&A session, where I respond to selected questions from the community and YouTube comments.
There is no pressure for immediate answers. Questions, reflection, and ongoing exploration are a natural part of the process.
