Come on in a learn, feel and create your way back to your original self. The innately spiritual one. True spirituality, pre-religious structure, had no real rules. There was only a desire to be in connection with The Creator energy. Let me, JoannaRuth, help you back to that.
My system is not new, it is a curated modern version of what existed many thousands of years ago, in a different age. Seeing we will soon have not too many structures to follow, we may have to educate ourselves about how to 'Be A Good Human'. Why not get a head start on that. Find out which fruits in the fruit salad are needed as the foundation, and which you can select as optional.
I am indigenously trained in Hawaiian Healing practices, and have taken the past 15 years to learn how to successfully integrate these practices into modern life. I have measured success along the way to keep my methodology grounded in reality.
