As someone with a passion for teaching others about the different pillars of true health, I created this community as a platform to educate others on everything I have learned and will continue to learn. You'll learn the fundamental concepts taught in centralised education, such as atomic, organic and biological chemistry, allowing you to better understand advanced human biology including mitochondrial health, metabolic bioenergetics, gut health, circadian biology, blood biochemistry, and nervous system regulation.
