Many of us face this challenge when starting as associates or opening our own practices. Now, having been part of three $1M/year practices (working on #4), I've learned firsthand what works, what doesn't.
This group: My mission is to help the "me" from 5-10 years ago—ambitious, but clueless about business realities. I'm Dr. Jason Thomsen; I'm not an agency or coach, but a real in-the-trenches doc passionate about sharing practical insights.
