Building Builders Academy

Building Builders Academy is a structured education and training program for individuals serious about building houses and developing real estate the right way.

This is not a membership or a casual coaching group. Enrollment provides access to a formal curriculum, live weekly instruction, and real-world breakdowns of active new construction projects—from land acquisition to final completion.

Students are trained in land evaluation, deal analysis, budgeting, cost control, project management, and the step-by-step construction process required to build homes from the ground up.

The Academy is designed for beginners entering new construction and experienced professionals looking to scale. Education is mandatory and serves as the foundation for advanced project activation and professional oversight opportunities.

Instruction is led by Gene Johnson and experienced industry professionals actively building in today’s market.
