Animal Flow Performance is a coach-to-coach community for instructors who care deeply about movement quality, flow mastery, and raising the standard of Animal Flow.

This space is for instructors who don’t just want to learn flows—but want to train together, exchange ideas, refine skills, and grow as both performers and teachers.

Led by Tae-woo, Master Performance Coach for Animal Flow, the community blends expert guidance with shared experience, peer feedback, and collective growth.

Inside the group, we focus on clean and expressive flow mechanics, advanced transitions and performance-level sequencing, effective teaching strategies, and developing a personal flow style while honoring the system.

This is not a content dump or a follower mindset space. It’s a collaborative lab where instructors challenge each other, sharpen their craft, and elevate the room together.
