The Mobility Collective

The Mobility Collective is full of training resources to help active people mobilize their joints, rehab from injuries, and learn the fundamentals of strength and mobility development.

From a young age, I wanted to be a pro athlete. I was the classic kid dreaming of playing on the big stage becoming a great. Kobe Bryant lit my flame of passion and the will to win. Basketball was my original love but football took over in high school.

Training and specifically performance training for speed, power and body control was always the center of my practice. I eventually became a machine and became a Division 1 athlete, played football for Northern Arizona University, and went on to play overseas in Germany and a season in Arena football in Columbus, Georgia.

My passion for training others only grew from there and now I am proud to offer my training expertise across the world with folks like you.
