Each month you'll find new video lessons, a deep-dive monthly series exploring world cuisines and classic techniques, live cook-alongs with James, and a community of people who genuinely love food and aren't afraid to ask questions.
Fair warning, James is classically French trained, which means he has opinions. Strong ones. The garlic press will not be making an appearance. The air fryer is not up for discussion. What you will get is proper technique, real flavour, and cooking that actually makes sense once someone explains the why behind it.
