Why we put the body first:
1️⃣ Understanding isn’t always enough — many patterns live in the body and nervous system, so mindset work alone may not create change.
2️⃣ The body is always communicating — through tension, fatigue, emotions, and recurring reactions — but most of us don’t yet speak its language.
3️⃣ Purpose over randomness — every movement, breath, and meditation is chosen intentionally to address what your body needs now.
One new practice added every week, and one live group session every month to share what's shifting.
