The Real Estate Institute of Belize (REIB) is the first-of-its-kind professional real estate school in the country—created to bring structure, education, and ethical standards to an unregulated industry.

Founded by J. Nicole Jackson, an international real estate broker and developer, REIB operates under Tubal Trade & Vocational Institute, a trusted name in vocational education since 2001.

REIB is more than a school—it’s a movement to professionalize real estate in Belize, equip agents with real-world skills, and restore trust in property transactions across the country.
