After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2009, I began searching for a better way forward. Through faith, lifestyle change, and consistent daily habits, I experienced remission and a powerful improvement in my health and symptoms. This personal testimony, now documented in my latest book, forms the foundation of the 18-step program inside our community.
