This group is for independent coffee shop owners who want a simple place to think and talk through their business.

I created this space as a home for the Local Coffee Shop Collective, away from Facebook, where conversations can be more focused and easier to find later.

Inside, you’ll see a mix of practical discussion, shared experiences from other shop owners, and occasional resources that support visibility, day-to-day operations, and long-term sustainability. We keep things realistic and useful. No overloading. No busywork.

You’ll also find a monthly Mixer where we connect live and talk through what’s coming up in your shop, what’s working, and what feels stuck. You don’t need to be active all the time to belong here. Read when you can. Join the conversation when it’s helpful. Ask questions when something comes up.

This is a working space for owners who care about their shops and want steady progress without overcomplicating things.
