BR Develops Online is for baseball players who want a clear plan instead of guessing what to do every day.
I grew up in the Dominican Republic from ages 8 to 16, training six days a week at a high-level academy. When I moved back to the U.S. at 16, my goal was simple: earn a scholarship, get my degree without debt, and play Division I baseball, which I did.
When I returned, baseball was played and developed differently, and my training lacked direction. I worked hard, but recovery, body care, and consistency weren’t built into my routine.
That’s why I created this community.
BR Develops Online provides structure, guidance, and accountability for players and parents. When the work is done correctly, confidence is earned. Accountability matters. No shortcuts.
Members develop through structured training, recovery- habits, nutrition, community discussion, networking, and NIL guidance for the next level.
