Bet Hakerem

Bet HaKerem is a pluralistic beit midrash (Jewish learning space) where you can study Hebrew, TaNaCh, Talmud, and Jewish prayer, build your skills in community leadership for small Jewish communities, or take an Introduction to Judaism class. We have special programs in the lead up to holidays, courses for adults who want to learn to chant Torah, and more.

Elior Sterling is a rabbinic student at Academy for Jewish Religion in New York, is studying at Pardes Institute in Jerusalem during the summer of 2026, and is an alumnus (and sustainability board member) of SVARA.
