Hello, I’m Coach Ayan, the founder of The Parenting Lighthouse.

While I am a Life Coach with a passion for all things mental health, my true qualification comes from the trenches of my own life. For years, my family navigated the severe reality of a child struggling with intense mental health crisis, including depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.

I intimately understand the constant fear, the endless appointments, and the utter exhaustion that becomes your daily life. I know what it feels like to feel profoundly alone. I remember the moments when I felt too ashamed to share the truth, and the pain of realizing that friends and family who weren't living this reality simply couldn't understand. In those quiet, terrifying moments, I felt like I had no where to turn. This made me pull my sleeves up and jump in to educating myself feet first. My prayer is that here you will find community.
